How a project runs.

Four steps. Each one ends with your approval before the next one starts.

  1. 01Scope approved

    Scope

    A call, then a written scope: pages, graphics, languages and the launch date.

  2. 02Design approved

    Design

    Key pages and graphics on desktop and phone. Nothing is built before you approve.

  3. 03Preview checked

    Build

    I code the design and add your content. You test it on a private preview link.

  4. 04Live

    Launch

    Live on your domain. You get the logins, the source files and a walkthrough.

Agreed before we start

Five clauses in the written scope, so everyone knows the rules from day one.

  1. ScopeThe approved scope is the reference. Changes after approval are quoted before I start them.
  2. ContentTexts, photos and access arrive by the agreed dates. If they are late, the launch moves with them.
  3. FeedbackOne contact on your side for approvals. Each round of feedback arrives as one list.
  4. AI imagesAI-generated images are reviewed and approved like every other asset.
  5. After launchFixes to my work are included for an agreed period after launch. New work is quoted separately.
